Appointment booking requires a supported calendar and the necessary access. If you need a particular booking system, ask us to check compatibility before purchasing. Not every scheduling system is supported.
You provide the business information, approved answers, schedules, and booking rules we use during setup. We configure and test the assistant with that information. Tell us when those details change so the setup can be updated. AI can make mistakes; your team remains responsible for business decisions and follow-up.
The assistant can collect the caller’s contact details and reason for calling for your team’s follow-up. Call transfers, reminders, rescheduling, and other specific workflows must be checked and expressly agreed for your setup. They are not automatically included.
